Known problems

Different air filters on the two models

JCB's kit chart lists different main and safety air elements for the TM320 T4F and TM420 T4F. Check which kit fits your serial number.

Intervals borrowed from the Loadall

The 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000-hour groupings are JCB's own kit chart. Month figures and the coolant interval come from JCB's Loadall Agri plans and are flagged in each task.

Stage V machines

The capacities are from the 05/2022 Stage V spec sheet. The filter numbers are from the T4F kit chart; the 4.8 L DieselMAX uses the same engine-family filters on the Loadalls, but confirm by serial number.
