Step-by-step
  1. Take out the primary element and clean it; replace both elements once a year.

Tools: Compressed air at low pressure

Grease fittings and battery check

Chassis · every 100 hours

The service chart lists greasing at every 100 hours (more often in wet, muddy work). The page I could read showed the front axle support fitting; check your handbook for the full list.

Engine oil and filter change

Engine · every 400 hours or every year

Kubota's service chart puts the engine oil change at every 400 hours, with the oil filter in the same 400-hour group. Use DPF-compatible CJ-4 oil.

Transmission fluid change

Transmission · every 600 hours

The service chart lists changing the transmission fluid at every 600 hours. Use Kubota Super UDT or UDT2 fluid. The hydraulic filter has its own, shorter 300-hour job, so fit a new one at this change as well.
