- Re-check after any wheel has been removed.
Tools: Torque wrench
Grease points (100-hour list)
Chassis · every 100 hours

| Part | Qty | Notes | Part number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grease | 1 | EP2 grease. Multipurpose NLGI-2 or NLGI-1 (GC-LB). Aztec Oils match: VOLCATEC LITHIUM EP 2 | check your handbook |
Step-by-step
- Park on level ground, stop the engine, take the key out and chock the wheels.
- Wipe each nipple and grease it until clean grease shows at the joint.
- Points in the handbook: front axle support (several), front axle drive shaft and universal joints, lift rods left and right, stabiliser, hydraulic lift cylinder pins, lift arm shaft, top link, swing arm support, parking brake shaft and the front 3-point hitch if fitted. Smear the battery terminals with grease as well.
- Wipe off the excess.
Tools: Grease gun, Rag
Air cleaner primary element and pre-cleaner
Engine · every 100 hours
The handbook cleans the primary element and checks the pre-cleaner tubes every 100 hours. Clean more often in dusty work.
Step-by-step
- Stop the engine and open the air cleaner service cover.
- Check the pre-cleaner tubes for blockage and blow them out gently with low-volume air, with the element left in place.
- Pull the primary element out on its handle. Blow clean from the inside, turning it, with air below 205 kPa.
- Look for cuts, tears or dents on the sealing surfaces. Fit a new element if there is any damage.
- Do not oil the element and do not touch the secondary element.
Tools: Low-pressure compressed air (under 205 kPa), Rag
