Kverneland: grease daily when ploughing, after power cleaning, and before and after the ploughing season, until grease comes out of the bearing. Use EP grease only. Points are on the turning head, frame, auto-reset beam (150 S), depth wheel and disc coulter.

Step-by-step
- Wipe each nipple, then pump until fresh grease appears at the bearing.
- Wipe off excess grease, which only collects dust and earth.
- Grease every point before and after the season and after power cleaning (do not aim the washer at bearings).

Retighten bolts and nuts

Kverneland: retighten all bolts after the first few hours of use, yearly or after 200 ha, and when necessary.
Step-by-step
- Use the torque table in Specifications for most bolts.
- Beam bolts on the 150 B go to 113-122.5 Nm.
- After a shear bolt breaks, fit an original shear bolt and retighten all bolts.

Kverneland: check body alignment every year or after every ploughing season. Maximum permitted deviation between A1 and A2 is 5 mm.
Step-by-step
- Measure so A2 = A1, B2 = B1 and A2 = B2. Start with the middle bodies.
- If out by more than 5 mm, loosen the counter nut, adjust the support nut and tighten all nuts.
- Check left and right supports are parallel from above.

After the season: lubricate all soil-contact parts with biodegradable oil and grease, pressurise the auto-reset hydraulics to 100 bar if fitted, park on a firm floor on the stand in the right hand position, and store out of sunlight (plastic and rubber parts).
